Terms of Service

Harvst is a read-only reporting dashboard for licensed cannabis cultivators. It reads your records from METRC and QuickBooks Online, works out a set of operating numbers, and shows them in the app and on a TV board.

• You need to be invited by an Admin of your company’s account to use Harvst.
• Each person gets their own login. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Admins decide who is on the account and what role they have. Admins are responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.

By connecting METRC or QuickBooks you confirm you’re allowed to give Harvst read access to those records. Harvst only reads them; see our Privacy Policy for exactly what it reads and how it’s kept.

You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Harvst for you. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone for their own use.

Don’t try to get into another company’s account, get around Harvst’s access controls, or disrupt the service for other users.

Harvst calculates its numbers from what METRC and QuickBooks return. If a record is missing or wrong there, or a sync hasn’t finished, the dashboard can be wrong too. Check anything you rely on for compliance, tax or financial decisions against the original records. Harvst is not a compliance system and doesn’t replace your METRC reporting.

We work to keep Harvst running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features over time.

Harvst is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it is fit for a particular purpose or that its numbers are accurate.

To the extent the law allows, Harvst LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from Harvst is limited to the fees you paid us for Harvst in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Harvst at any time. To close your company’s account or have its data deleted, email [email protected], as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll email account Admins first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
